Dine on great food, good company and friendship, as you learn how you can benefit from the “Power of Raw.

At this special evening workshop, sit back and enjoy a delicious three-course meal, while Erika demonstrates using dehydrator recipes and techniques. Learn how to organize and plan ahead, sharing Erika’s expert kitchen tips and tricks.

Dehydrated foods are a tasty, nutritious staple. Low-temperature dehydration preserves nutrients and enzymes, and protects delicate flavourings. 

Featured recipes and tastings will include Breads, Crackers, Tortilla Wraps, Cookies, with new recipes including Farinata Pizza Crust, Black Sesame Cheesy Chipotle Nori Crisps, Italian Sesame/Sunflower Crackers, Pie Crust and more.
All recipes are vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and sugar-free. The majority of the ingredients used are organic as available.

Dehydrated foods are a staple for ‘Raw Fooders’ and a practical, tasty way to welcome newcomers to embrace this great lifestyle.
Dehydrated foods add satisfaction, fun, and most of all, staying power to the living food lifestyle, it’s a food we all love; now we have the raw version.
A dehydrator is all that is needed to create foods at low temperatures, below 120º F to achieve a tasty texture while preserving nutrients and enzymes; delicate flavourings are protected.
The Excalibur dehydrator comes highly recommended. There are 4-, 5-. and 9- tray models available. There are many recipes that can be dehydrated, raw soups can be warmed, nut and seed burgers are partially dried and left soft in the center, raw oatmeal porridge warmed and more.
